Effective Leadership & Management

This training emphasizes the behavioural competencies that a Leader must develop in order to be successful.

This is the course that enables participants to explore their leadership strengths and weaknesses and learn how to use their personal power to influence and inspire those around them. At the end of this course participants will be able to share their vision, engage their team, gain commitment, maintain credibility and inspire action.
Leadership & Management is a training where you will find and learn about everyday issues and situations that a team encounters, thus helping the participants not only to be aware of them, but also to find practical solutions to each issue encountered, so that the results they will obtain at their job after the training would be obviously better.

Description

During this training you will learn about what is leadership, the differences and similarities between leadership and management, how much freedom of decision can a leader offer to the team members, what type of leader are you and about the way you can determine the team members to cooperate and do their job best. You will also find out how a leader assures the interaction between his/her team and other teams.

Each participant will have the opportunity to motivate the group in different and difficult situations, exercising his/her capacity and power to inspire the others.

The added value of this training consists of offering each participant the possibility to self-assess his/her leadership skills and to receive feedback based on specific successful leadership behaviour, both from the trainer and from the other participants.

Furthermore, during the training we will apply and interpret different questionnaires and specific leadership tests, meant to identify the power sources for each participant, the way they commit to the decision-making process and to the interaction with the other members of the team/group.
