We propose a simplified approach to PM, using tools that will allow any Project Manager of team member to increase the success chances of their project.
The training we propose is a very dynamic and interactive one, based on knowledge optimization, development skills and forming attitudes. In order to achieve them, we use behavioral applied sciences through experiential learning methods.
Project management Master Class course was developed after 25 years’ experience in planning and implementing projects in companies, governmental and non-governmental organization financed from Banks, Investment funds, European Union funds, World Bank funds, United Nation Development Program funds etc.
We also use Game Based learning, a training methodology developed with our partners as part of the GREAT project (Game based Research in Education and Action Training).

How will I be assessed?
You will complete a project management plan based on following structure:
Project idea, goal, objectives and non-objectives, stakeholders analyses, activities and resources pack, Gantt chart, risks plan, budget.
• Qualification/s or experience in your subject area.
• Applicants are expected to have a good command of both written and spoken English
