Effective Leadership & Management
This is the course that enables participants to explore their leadership strengths and weaknesses and learn how to use their personal power to influence and inspire those around them. At the end of this course participants will be able to share their vision, engage their team, gain commitment, maintain credibility and inspire action.
Leadership & Management is a training where you will find and learn about everyday issues and situations that a team encounters, thus helping the participants not only to be aware of them, but also to find practical solutions to each issue encountered, so that the results they will obtain at their job after the training would be obviously better.
This training is a 100% applied training – during the training the participants simulate real situations that a leader must deal with, thus helping them identify the best solutions for the problems they will face in their real life or at their job.
