Train the Trainers Master Class Course organized by Schultz Knowledge, in which I had the chance to participate, it was a great experience: it was a course that inspires you, compels you, and brings the latest information in a new format through some "magicians" of the training. I was impressed by the performance of the trainers who had both the ability to keep us captive throughout the training, as well as the generosity to reveal their tricks, share their experiences, guide us, and support us during this training process. An interactive course, tailored to the needs of the trainees, with passionate trainers, who have shown empathy, flexibility, and professionalism. I left the course with the confidence that in my turn I will be able to give at least a part of everything I have received.
I am so grateful for the Schultz Knowledge Train The Trainer program. This masterclass is a great learning experience, that provided me the opportunity to understand why and how to act before, during, and after I deliver a training so that the learning objectives are all met for all the participants. At the end of the course, I already started working on the implementation of this project and I learned first-hand how difficult it is if you don't start with a clearly defined structure.
Almost 2 months after the completion of the course and the rescheduling of the project, the marketplace will be officially launched. The activity I did until I graduated from the project manager course meant 2 months of 12 hours + of hard work in which I learned a lot, but now I realize how simple it would have been if I had been able to implement the tools the methods learned with you.
